Introduction

I decided to create a blog and put all about my professional steps after talking to several professional people (internal or external) in a period of time. In first interaction they used to ask, or a give a chance to sale yourself. You are ready to sale you with a well prepared answer you practiced in-front-of mirror several time. You start speaking and they stop you in between if they find something good to proceed with, also if they don’t find any interest in you. What they pick? Something they know about. But what about something they don’t know but that is the most interesting part of you which you want to sale, you want to be. If it is a business liaison then you are okay, but if not; then you may end up with a discussion or a situation where you really not fit in.

                I don’t want to caught up in such scenario where I will be judged by individual who read or just scanned my resume print out (which are bullet points for a 3 hour presentation) 5 minutes before interview. And also I don’t want people to judge me on a 3 minute “Tell me about yourself” speech. To me it is really difficult to explain everything within that three minute.  

                So what I am? I start my show-off with my ability to observer carefully, think creatively and express carefully. I built this ability or my surrounding built this for me. But yes I am not finished yet and building it regularly. That’s what my strength – Seeking for continuous improvement. My surroundings some time get exhausted with my questions and sometime get relieved by my solutions.

                I believe knowledge always get rusty, if it is not coded somewhere and referenced in time of need. I scribble my scrabble of knowledge gathering in blogs, forums and personal diary, which also enhance my writing ability in foreign language (English).

                Fortunately from beginning of my career I moved from place to place, worked with diverse people in diverse technology and diverse culture. I took all the good habits and attitude from them. I learned that man management and thinking manipulation only can be done if you can come close to other’s thinking. I learned their culture which is not a project requirement but the people surrounding me love to work with me (yes that’s I feel from their smile).

                Let’s conclude – during my whole career I did searching, sorting, Exporting, Importing, Migrating, Validating, Editing, updating, cleansing, transforming, converting, integrating, segregating, aggregating, referencing, reviewing, reporting, analyzing, mining, archiving, deleting of data , discussing, presenting, sharing, suggesting, showing, helping, collaborating, saving, preaching idea to people and designing, developing, visualizing, analyzing, documenting, tracking and planning projects. That’s what I do for living.
